Questions

Which scanners and file types do you accept?

Scans from 3Shape TRIOS, iTero and Medit, and STL files from other systems. Call the lab if you are unsure whether your file type is supported.

How do I connect my 3Shape TRIOS to UDL?

Through 3Shape Communicate: add Universal Dental Lab as a connection, then call us on 021 053 8156 to confirm. Once we accept, our order templates download to your TRIOS automatically.

Can you print models from my scans?

Yes. We 3D-print dental models from your intraoral scans when you need a physical model for fit checks or case presentation.
